DEFINITIONS

Promoters: Andy & Ceri Wilson

Entrant: A person who enters the competition through the website to win the prize.

Website: www.WinRyderCupAccommodation.com and www.WinRyderCupAccommodation.co.uk

The Competition is operated by the Promoters.

1. By entering the competition via the Website, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them

2. The competition is open to entrants worldwide aged 18 or over. Family and friends of the Promoters are not eligible to enter the competition.

3. The number of Entrants is capped to a maximum of 5,000,000 (five million). The minimum number of Entrants is 750 (seven hundred and fifty); should this minimum number not be reached the competition will be void and a £5.00 GBP (FIVE GBP) administration fee will be incurred from each entry fee with the balance of £20.00 GBP (TWENTY GBP) of each entry fee being returned to the Entrant.

4. The competition will be held on www.WinRyderCupAccommodation.com and www.WinRyderCupAccommodation.co.uk and will run from 18th September 2008 to midnight (GMT) 17th September 2009 (12 months). The closing date for entries will be midnight (GMT) on 17th September 2009 or in receipt of 5,000,000 (five million) entries, whichever is the soonest.

5. The competition entry fee is £25.00 GBP (TWENTY FIVE GBP). Entrants must answer the question correctly to be entered into the competition. Once payment has been received Entrants will receive a confirmation email with an entry number. All correct entries will then be put into a draw. This will be drawn publically with an independent adjudicator present, two weeks after the above closing date.

6. All entries must include name, address, contact number and email address.

7. The prize is a maximum of 7 consecutive nights' accommodation in a master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite facilities for TWO people (sharing the same room) on a bed and breakfast basis between 27th September 2010 and 6th October 2010 inclusive. Airport transfers will be included within these dates, between the airport and accommodation address, ONLY if the UK airport is Heathrow, Gatwick, Cardiff, Bristol or Birmingham. Transport will not be provided for any other UK airport or seaport. We will not be responsible for any other travelling or transport costs or for entry tickets to the tournament itself. No cash alternative of the prize is available. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE AND PAY FOR FLIGHTS TO AND FROM THE UK.

8. The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and on the competition website. The winner(s) will be required to produce a form of identification. The winner(s) will also be required to agree to and sign a contract of house rules. Upon receipt of this signed contract a formal letter of confirmation, together with a map and full directions, will be sent to the winner(s) by post.

10. The winner(s) may be asked to participate in publicity, including photographs, but may remain anonymous if the winner(s) choose.

11. A proportion of all entry fees will be donated to local children's charity(s).

13.The Entrants and the Promoters accept that the Promoters may use contact details and other data including personal data, supplied by the Entrants to the Promoters, to administer the Website and manage the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.

14. The Entrants and the Promoters also accept that the Promoters may, either by choice or at the request of a third party, disclose contact details and personal data to relevant third parties with the aim of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

15. The competition is not affiliated in any way whatsoever with the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport, or the Ryder Cup Wales 2010.

16. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the competition at any time. In the extremely unlikely event of the competition being withdrawn by the Promoters, for unseen circumstances, a full refund of £25 GBP entry fee will be made to all entrants if the minimum number of entries have been made.
