Andy & Ceri Wilson
After outgrowing our previous home, we fell in love with Ashley House realising that this Victorian, spacious, traditional property would be perfect for our family needs.
We are both public sector professionals; Ceri with a background in Special Care and Paediatric nursing, now working with disabled children in Newport.
When the Celtic Manor, Newport, was chosen to host the 38th Ryder Cup, we knew that this major sporting event would attract a worldwide audience.
The talk amongst local residents is that the rental of their property will be very profitable.
We want to be different!
Apart from the golf fans, we feel that the benefits of the Ryder Cup should extend to all corners of the city, particularly the babies and children in need.
We are often told by our friends that we are extremely good hosts! We make everyone feel welcome and create memorable occasions.
Also, the current economic climate will make it more difficult for people to afford the cost of the trip.
With all of the above in mind we came up with this unique competition idea!
Thank you for visiting our website and we look forward to welcoming you to Newport.
Good luck!
